Operational Experience & Certifications

Independent Service Providers
CGS Program Ltd. operates as a platform that connects supporters, participating salons, and community members.
All hair services are provided directly by independent salons. Participating salons are responsible for delivering their services, scheduling appointments, and managing their own operations.
CGS Program Ltd. does not directly provide salon services.

Platform Service Fee
CGS Program Ltd. operates as a platform that connects supporters, community members, and participating salons through service packages.
For services reserved through the CGS Program platform, a platform service fee of 12% will apply.
The remaining 88% of the service amount will be paid to the participating salon providing the service.
This platform fee supports the operation of the CGS Program, including platform management, promotion of participating salons, and administrative support.
The platform service fee applies only to services reserved through the CGS Program platform.
Services provided directly by the salon outside of the platform are not subject to this fee.
